Our Story

My journey in the automotive world started at the gas pump — a service that’s now rare to find! From there, I completed MY apprenticeship THEN AS A LICENSED mechanic (now called a technician). i'VE worked as a shop foreman, and partnered in a service center. Later MOVING into fixed operations management ROLES and took on national training leadership roles with two major tire corporations, where I helped build training centers and roll out courses across the country.

Alongside that, I ran my own automotive business and spent over years consulting and managing multiple regional tire groups connected to those national companies. I’ve also had the privilege of teaching automotive training courses at local private vocational schools and public colleges. I'VE spent more than seven years running service departments FOR two different dealerships. I chose to step away from my last dealership role, AS some operational practices didn’t align with the honest, customer-first approach I believe in.
